Job Description
Join PM Group as an experienced Process Safety Consultant to work on large-scale projects in the Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver process safety deliverables to regulatory standards
- Chair Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) reviews
- Write Explosion Protection Document (EPD)
- Generate Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) - ATEX/DSEAR assessment
- Complete Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA)
- Execute Process Safety Calculations
- Generate project Basis of Safety (BoS) report
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in process design
- Excellent awareness of process safety engineering and process safety management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
- Knowledge of Irish and EU health & safety legislation
