Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor required for EP&R projects in Dublin.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage commercial and contractual requirements through project life cycle.
* Interface with Client Commercial/Contract Team, Project Procurement and Sub-contractors.
* Conduct cost and risk analysis, review correspondence and initiate replies.
* Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors, provide project costing and reports.
* Manage project change order procedures and agree costs with client.
**Requirements:**
* 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics/Quantity Surveying.
* 5+ years experience as Surveyor.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Previous experience in electrical/mechanical field.
* Ability to prioritize workload, attention to detail and influence colleagues.
* Enjoy working in high performing team.
