Job Description
We're seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to drive the development of a software management platform, transforming how our company manages software across the organization.
A day-to-day collaboration with engineering teams, a deep understanding of the product and market, and the ability to balance technical constraints with business needs are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Design and implement cost optimization features, including license management workflows and portfolio insights.
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, and finance teams to streamline contract management and renewal processes.
- Partner with security teams to address risk and compliance parameters for applications.
- Lead the integration of our platform's capabilities with other strategic company initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Experience in technical product or program management.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Experience in software development.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
