A leading private developer is seeking a skilled Site Engineer/Manager to oversee a new residential project in Laois and Carlow.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Site Engineer/Manager to lead our new housing scheme, consisting of 15+ units, in Laois and Carlow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing new build housing schemes, with a keen eye for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction of 15+ units in Laois and Carlow
- Oversee groundworks, pad foundations, and timberframe construction
- Ensure high-quality standards and safety protocols are met
- Manage program and ensure projects are delivered on time
Benefits:
