Experienced Site Manager sought for high-profile projects in Dublin, overseeing site operations and ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality products while maintaining professional relations with design teams and client representatives.
- Maintain highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on time, within budget, and snag-free.
- Report progress accurately and in a timely manner to your manager.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work is completed to the required standard with minimal rework.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute works to deliver the project as per contract documents.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chain.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project).
- Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Procore is desirable.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Keen eye for finishes with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with good judgment when working under pressure.
- Effective manager with the ability to motivate and drive the workforce.
- Commercially conscious individual with market and competitor awareness.
