Talent Acquisition Specialist


Our Healthcare, Public Sector, Client has an exciting requirement for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team for a permanent contract.

The successful candidate can be based in one of their multiple locations across Dublin. They offer hybrid working with three days onsite and two days working from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for the various business demands.


Potential vacancies include:
Medical, Nursing, Health & Social Care, Management, Admin and Corporate.


Role Requirements:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas
  • Partnering with hiring managers to design job descriptions and lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
  • Utilise recruitment tools and support the TA Manager with innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Implement creative approaches to maintain a talent pipeline and gather market intelligence.
  • Proactively reach out to inactive candidates and collaborate with HR and Line Managers for effective recruitment campaigns.
  • Attend career fairs and refine their Recruitment & Selection processes.
  • Address hard to fill vacancies and develop promotional materials.
  • Enhance interview training and standardise candidate communication to improve the applicant experience.
  • Manage daily recruitment activities and work with HR partners to meet staffing needs.
  • Provide job design advice, advertise roles, and participate in interviews as necessary.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare professional reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement with the TA Manager.

Experience Required:

  • 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management, or related business area
  • 2+ years' experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition (In-House or Agency),
  • Public service or Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
  • Extensive social media experience, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with other sourcing platforms
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong understanding of international recruitment structures, including visas and country laws.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
