Job Description
Manage a dynamic Tax Division in Dundalk, Ireland, and plan its growth, while leading a team and developing complex taxation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a growing Tax Division and plan its work and growth.
- Develop future strategy and overall growth plans for the Tax Division.
- Work on complex taxation cases and issues, and undertake tax planning for High Net Worth Individuals.
- Recognise and build on business opportunities for the Tax Division and the wider Firm.
Requirements:
- CTA/AITI and/or professional qualification with a recognised accountancy body.
- Minimum of 10+ years Tax experience in an accountancy firm, with at least 5 in Senior Management.
- Technical excellence in Corporate Tax planning and advisory work, VAT, CAT, R&D, and compliance.
- Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
