Job Description
Serve as a Team Leader for an After Schools Project, leading a team of Early Years Educators. Ideal candidate has a Level 7 in Early Years Education, 1 year of experience in an early year's setting, and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include supervision, meeting attendance, quality monitoring, and child protection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. A competitive salary and opportunities for further training are offered. The position is subject to Garda Vetting and has a 6 month probationary period. Paid sick leave is provided.

**Requirements:**
* Level 7 in Early Years Education
* Minimum 1 year experience in an early year's setting
* Leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in collaboration with other Educators
* Ability to work in an inclusive environment
* Understanding of child protection and the duties and responsibilities underlined in Children First
* A sound working knowledge of Síolta & Aistear
