Key responsibilities include establishing training needs, tracking training plans, and conducting quality training classes. A minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification in Engineering/Computer Science and 2 years' experience in a similar position are required. The new manufacturing facility in Kilkenny, opening in 2024, will be a centre for world-class engineering, quality, and medical device manufacturing professionals. The facility will produce life-changing technologies that enable people with diabetes to live the best and fullest lives they can.

Establish training needs and ensure the timely execution of training plans.

Enter new hires/employees into systems in a timely manner.

Serve as a training system Administrator, providing new hire training and troubleshooting system links, training-related topics, and other assignments from Manager.

Conduct Quality training classes on Quality System Orientation (QSO) training and other classes, as assigned by Manager.

Perform training reviews at given intervals.

Ensure the delivery of safe and effective products that meet customer needs, while maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives.

Analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.

Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in training and development.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the training function and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
