Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a temporary Contracts Administrator with an immediate start for a 3-6 month contract for my client based in Swords, North Dublin.
High likelihood of permanency available for the right candidate.
Daily Duties:- Raise PO's
- Review monthly accruals
- Process supplier invoices
- Invoice checks to confirm accuracy prior to payment.
- Troubleshooting work not billed or cancelled
- Monthly supplier reconciliations/Submissions
- Expert level and proficiency in using VLOOKUP's functionality
- Provide and maintain accurate and up to date reports and spreadsheets
- Preparation of monthly management reports as
- Ability to present monthly results to management team
- You will be able to influence and be a great communicator as there will be a requirement to work in conjunction with senior management, operational teams and clients.
Requirements
- 2 -3 years' experience in a similar role
- Previous experience raising invoices, PO's and reconciling is essential.
- Strong reporting skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
