Accommodation Departmental Trainer - €40K - South Dublin MLR are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accommodation Departmental Trainer to join this bustling hotel in South Dublin. In this dual role, you will split your time between training and developing the accommodation team and working on the floor to ensure rooms meet our high standards. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive training programs, coaching staff on housekeeping procedures, guest service standards, and health & safety guidelines, as well as conducting room inspections and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in housekeeping or accommodation services, strong leadership and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
