Role Overview: As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of service across our guest rooms and public areas. You will be responsible for overseeing room checks, maintaining strict quality control standards, and assisting with the training and development of new staff members. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Requirements: The successful candidate must have the following: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to lead a large team effectively. Flexible and proactive approach to work. Full rights to work in Ireland along with fluent English.
