Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon Airport is ideally located just steps from the main terminal building of Shannon International Airport. The hotel is well-located for airport travellers or those visiting the nearby business parks. Limerick is 20 km from Park Inn Shannon Airport. We are now seeking to hire an Accommodation Supervisor to join our team. The Role: The Accommodation Supervisor/Accommodation Assistant (dual role) reports to the Accommodation Manager to ensure the highest level of cleaning standards throughout the resort. Accommodation Supervisor role is two days out of five days and also provides holiday cover for the Accommodation Manager.The Accommodation Supervisor helps support the Accommodation Manager to ensure the consistency of standards and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Help promote a positive experience for our guests and support the accommodation assistants to deliver the highest of standards for our guests. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Be able to work flexible shift patterns (including weekends) and work through all areas of the department. To be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt and change to work well under pressure. To comply with health and safety procedures at all times. To inspect and clean guest accommodation and public areas in line with the hotels standard operating procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the entire department. To help plan, organise and control the daily workload of the accommodation assistants. Monitor the accommodation assistants, inspect, and give feedback on their tasks. The Ideal Candidate will: Be able to work to deadlines. Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Available to work flexible days and hours. Attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment. Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
