Job Description
Lead a team of Accommodation assistants to achieve a high-quality rooms standard, ensuring compliance with H&S and HACCP regulations, and maintaining cleanliness of public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor work standards and lead the team
- Liaise with Maintenance to maintain high hotel standards
- Ensure cleanliness of public areas, including conference suite and leisure facilities
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in Accommodation Department at supervisory level
- Weekend availability
- Excellent organisational, communication, and flexibility skills
