Accommodation Supervisor Opportunity at the 4* Court Yard Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
The Court Yard Hotel is part of the Moriarty Group, an Irish owned company involved in the retail grocery and hospitality industries.
The company comprises of 2 four-star hotels and 3 Super Valu Stores.
We are seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to join our professional housekeeping team.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.
Main Duties:
- Assist the Accommodation Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Manage the accommodation department in the absence of the Accommodation Manager.
- Work with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards in bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Work with the housekeeping team to clean public areas.
- Work with Front Office Manager and Reception Team to achieve guest expectations.
- Provide excellent customer care.
- Staff Training.
- Stock ordering.
- Rosters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Accommodation Supervisor or Senior Accommodation Assistant.
- Previous HACCP training desirable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Enthusiastic and quick learner.
- Ability to multi-task and help where required.
- Excellent communications and people/customer care skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Availability for early starts, weekends, and public holidays.
