Accommodation Supervisor Opportunity at the 4* Court Yard Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The Court Yard Hotel is part of the Moriarty Group which is an Irish owned company involved in both the retail grocery and hospitality industries. The company currently comprises of 2 four-star hotels, The Bracken Court Hotel in Balbriggan, and the Court Yard Hotel, in Leixlip, Co. Kildare and 3 Super Valu Stores, situated in Balbriggan, Skerries and Palmerstown, Dublin 20. The company currently employees 550 people across the group. We are currently seeking to recruit an Accommodation Supervisor to join our professional and highly skilled housekeeping team. The Role: This is full-time position working 40 hours per week/ 5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays.. Main Duties: Assist the Accommodation Manager in the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department. Managing the accommodation department in the absence of the Accommodation Manager. Work in conjunction with the housekeeping team to ensure that all bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned/maintained to the highest standard. Work in conjunction with the housekeeping team to ensure the cleaning of all public areas within the hotel. Work in conjunction with Front Office Manager and Reception Team to ensure that the overall guest experience and expectations are achieved. Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times. Staff Training. Stock ordering. Rosters. Requirements: Previous experience as an Accommodation Supervisor or Senior Accommodation Assistant would is essential. Previous HACCP training would be desirable but is not essential. Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken. Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner. Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help where required in all areas of the hotel. Excellent communications skills. Excellent people/customer care skills. Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Must be available for early starts, weekends, and public holidays.
