Account Business Unit Manager / Audio Visual Our client is verysuccessful industry-leading distributor of technology products and specialist services. Seeking a highly motivated professional to manage a portfolio of IT products, requiring strong market research capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for technology. Salary: €60K-€65K plus very high uncapped ote. The Role: Execute the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability. Responsible for growing share of wallet (market share) with the vendor Ownership of developing and executing the vendor business plan Support the development and execution of marketing plans alongside the Marketing Manager Accurate and timely weekly forecasting and pipeline development Development of key channel relationships Key customer engagement Vendor operational, sales and marketing team engagement Large deal & pipeline engagement Driving the presence and profile of the vendor(s) internally and externally to customers Negotiate on deals and rebates Input into purchasing, sales and pricing policy People management and development (where applicable) Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and reseller partners. Develop and implement commercial plans to drive product sales and market penetration. Create and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to promote brand growth. Oversee the branding and positioning of a diverse range of IT products. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches. Track and analyse the performance of products and campaigns. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback. The Candidate: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry. Experience working with vendors and reseller partners is highly desirable. Proven experience in market research and analysis. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to create and implement effective commercial strategies. Passion for technology and staying up to date with industry trends.
