Role Purpose The development of strategic relationships within our customer’s accounts. You will have responsibility for both retention of existing and the growth of additional revenues across both Connectivity and our Strategic Growth Engines (e.g. Cloud, SDWAN, Security, IOT, SaaS) within your Client base. Key Accountabilities Deliver and exceed against all targets. Revenue, Fixed (SOV/AOV), Hero products, Contribution margin and Churn across product lines. Actively drive NPS across your Territory as a core measurement of Customer Satisfaction. Proactively address any Detractors with a focus on addressing any issues and converting to Promoter. Maximises internal network within Vodafone to get results for customers and to ensure effective problem resolution and problem management. Own the bid strategy for the account base and lead internal bid teams for successful submissions of PQQ, RFI, RFP etc. Develop and implement a Buying Centre for each account with a Stakeholder Engagement Plan that develops active relationships across and through each organisation right up to CEO level and that leverages key Vodafone stakeholders across the SLT. Develop a thorough understanding of the Business drivers impacting your customer’s Industry. Identify and understand customer business requirements and use consultative sales strategy to demonstrate the value and partnership that Vodafone brings. Act as a strong customer advocate within VF Business to ensure that all internal stakeholders understand the key challenges in the marketplace. Ability to build strong internal relationships with C suite stakeholders in support of the Sales Plan. Developing, negotiating and closing complex ‘Technology & Telco focused’ multi-million-euro opportunities. Drive volume-based deals alongside large complex deals to closures in a timely manner. Develop multi-faceted relationships that enable a deep understanding of the issues and needs of our customer, with the ability to reference the unique Industry Business Drivers impacting same. Demonstrate passion for sales and operational excellence through continuous improvement and driving high standards. Accurately forecast each Quarter by Month for all Revenue streams. Collaborate and share with peers. What you need Must have technical / professional experience/skills: Senior sales professional with 5 years ‘plus experience in a strategic complex Tech, Telco or FMCG/Consumer Goods sales role in a highly competitive environment.
