We're looking for a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to help build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand our strategic customers. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in defining/iterating on our sales motions and providing customer feedback.
You will:
- Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can increase collaboration, transparency, and productivity with Notion.
- Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base while identifying opportunities for expanding usage.
- Be creative and iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers.
- Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
- Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
You will need:
- 1-3 years of full cycle sales at a fast-growing software company.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
- A strong communicator with engaging and compelling presentation skills.
- A positive and open-minded attitude.
- A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative environments.
