This role requires a highly dedicated, self-motivated sales professional to cover the education industry territory and grow Microsoft's cloud, AI, security, and collaboration product portfolio.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field, strong experience in Consultative Cloud Selling, and a good understanding of the Education Market.

Preferred qualifications include experience in digital transformation, excellent presentation skills, and knowledge of cloud offerings and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and oversees the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
  • Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Manages and executes plans utilizing common sales and delivery methodology for the Microsoft sales organization for multiple accounts.
  • Proactively engages and works with partners directly to drive qualified and non-qualified opportunity momentum.
  • Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
  • Deliver Sales Excellence by leading and orchestrating extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue & market share.
  • Education Industry Knowledge: Understands the education industry, its challenges and opportunities for the education customers, and the ecosystem in education.
  • Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers' industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions.
  • Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers' business and operations.
  • Has and expands a relevant network in education.
