We are hiring a highly dedicated, self-motivated sales professional to cover the education industry territory to grow our cloud, AI, security, and collaboration product portfolio. We need to help our customers improve their cybersecurity, to get more from their data, to digitize their processes and drive innovation across the customer ecosystem to create meaningful impact on the lives of staff and students.As an Account Executive Education, you'll drive this digital transformation by collaborating with clients to meet their goals and Microsoft's.  The Account Executive Education develops and oversees the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met. They engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies. Everyday, we build upon our values — respect, integrity, accountability — to nurture an inclusive workplace where everyone can excel. QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND strong experience in Consultative Cloud Selling.Good understanding of the Education Market and relevant experience working in the Education or Public Sector or related industry, driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).Several years of experience in account management, sales, sales management, complex sales training, sales methodologies, presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.Excellent presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with equally good listening skills is preferred.Knowledge and sales experience of cloud offerings and solutions is preferred. Microsoft in an equal opportunity employer. Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions. Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers’ business and operations. Has and expands a relevant network in education.
