Account Executive - Mid Market (UK/Ireland)

Rippling is a cloud-based platform that streamlines HR, IT, and Finance operations for businesses. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing sales team and drive business growth. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a high-velocity sales cycle, navigating strategic sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects through Salesforce to forecast revenue accurately.
  • Own the sales cycle from initial discovery and demo to contract signature.
  • Consistently attain and overachieve quota on a monthly basis.
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with the CSM team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

Requirements

  • 4 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B.
  • Experience carrying a €900,000+ annual quota.
  • Experience of success (top 10% of sales org).
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling security-related products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
