Overview Are you ready to make a real impact on your customers in the Irish market? Join our Enterprise Commercial team in Ireland, where you'll have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of customer industries and identify ways to drive optimization and digitalization solutions. In this role, you'll engage with customers to lead strategic technology transformations and manage the execution of account plans for multiple clients, ensuring that both Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs are met. You'll be at the forefront of educating decision-makers on Microsoft's value proposition, aligning it with their business objectives.You'll also develop strategies to secure buy-in and execute plans, aiming to identify new opportunities within your assigned accounts. By implementing strategies to engage stakeholders, you'll promote the usage of Microsoft solutions and drive meaningful change.QualificationsRequired/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in a relevant industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation OR 5+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer. Engages decision-makers in long-term business planning and anticipates account needs to transform them into strategic partners. Involves senior leadership and ensures documentation in the Account Plan.Expands the network of key internal and external partners to execute core tasks and account transactions. Grows sales and partner impact by developing mutually beneficial strategies. Engages partners' sellers to drive opportunity momentum and deal closure.Develops and oversees account plans using common sales methodologies to meet Microsoft revenue targets and customer needs. Leads the extended team and partners to scale the business, ensuring revenue and consumption targets are met. Understands customers' business strategies and industry direction.Sales ExcellenceLeads virtual teams and stakeholders to expand relationships with decision-makers. Uses best-in-class sales techniques to meet customer needs and accelerate sales. Creates stakeholder maps and seeks customer feedback to improve satisfaction. Develops value-proposition presentations and business plans to generate new opportunities.Implements strategies to engage stakeholders and drive consumption of Microsoft solutions. Educates decision-makers on Microsoft's value proposition and aligns solutions with customer needs.Customer EngagementBuilds and maintains relationships with executives and decision-makers through consultative engagement. Establishes Rhythm of Business (RoB) with customer sponsors to highlight Microsoft solutions' value. Deepens relationships by being customer-focused and honoring commitments. Assists partners in joint-selling and leverages digital selling methods to grow the network.Develops a comprehensive understanding of customers' business and technology needs. Identifies opportunities for optimizations and new solutions. Advocates on behalf of the customer internally and ensures their needs are addressed. Leads new opportunities and orchestrates internal teams to accelerate digital transformation. Mitigates competitive risk and captures line-of-business wins.#LI-DNI
