Job Description

Accurate account management representative sought to maintain new and existing brokerage accounts and features. Strong PC skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines required.

The Role:

  • Analize account applications and maintenance forms
  • Prioritize and manage escalations and exceptions
  • Manage client exception lists and documented needs
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office/PC skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good problem solving skills and technical orientation
  • Ability to build and maintain business partner relationships
