Job Description

Manage sales budgets to achieve double-digit growth rates, improve sales team skills, and build long-term relationships with customers in the food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing industry.

Ecolab's Food & Beverage division offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales budget to achieve sales and expense budget. You will also improve the skills of the sales teams and technical team from local partners through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Budget of the Accounts in ROI, with an ambition and commitment to achieve double digit growth rates.
  • Improve skills of the sales teams and technical team from our local partners through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with your partners in your territory.
  • Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities within existing customer base, and in major, competitively-held accounts, to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
  • Work closely with strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English written and oral.
  • Deep working experience, dynamic and entrepreneurial.
  • Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.
  • Degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.).
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
