As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Castlebar and Galway area.

Job Description
- Create strong leads and opportunities for all ECP channels, ensuring compliance with marketing and promotional activity
- Identify existing, lapsed, and new business opportunities within branch-specific geographical areas
- Conduct customer account reviews with the branch management team to focus on KPIs and potential opportunities
- Develop positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket
- Act as a key member of the ECP Business Development Team, demonstrating the standards, behaviours, and values of the team to drive effective teamwork
- Participate in regional business-specific customer events and attend national and local training events
