I am looking to speak to French-speaking customer success manager/account managers looking for a new opportunity with growing company based in Dublin - Sandyford. My client is the leading international provider in software support space. Full training is provided.
Location:Sandyford, Dublin 18 (office based during training period, hybrid afterwards)

Responsibilities
- Looking after a set of key customer accounts
- Working closely alongside the relevant Territory Manager on account planning, growth, and customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
- Conducting Customer Satisfaction Reviews with customers on a monthly/quarterly basis to gauge customers' levels of engagement and provide feedback regarding service improvements
Profile/Requirement/Skills
- Fluency in French (C2) and English
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success or account management role
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customer
