We're looking for a Graduate Account Manager who can drive business growth by fostering strong customer relationships and enhancing communication strategies. This role offers a platform to excel and make a difference in an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in identifying key business drivers and developing sales strategies for the account.
- Participate in the development of account plans, including executive relationship strategies and coverage plans.
- Build relationships with EPCs and gain a good understanding of market channels.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy and purchasing behavior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar STEM fields.
- Passionate about our industry and supporting the growth of Hitachi Energy.
- Eager to learn and self-develop.
- Experience in leading complex solution-based opportunities.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
