Account Manager Client Engagement Dublin 2, Leinster (Hybrid) NB. This is a hybrid role. We work in our office in Dublin city centre 2 - 3 days a week. The rest of the week you decide where you work, in the office or remotely. Wolfgang Digital is one of Irelands and Europes performance digital marketing agencies. Were now looking for an Account Manager to join our award-winning client engagement team to work with some of our biggest clients across a number of verticals including Retail, SaaS, Finance & B2B. The Role Were looking for an experienced Account Manager with experience & knowledge across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing an in-depth understanding of our clients businesses and building integrated strategies to deliver on their business targets. A strong working knowledge of at least one of the following channels is essential for this role: paid search, SEO, social media & CRM (email). As an Account Manager, you will own and develop long-lasting client relationships and guide the team in creating and executing high-performance campaigns, with a focus on results. Youll also be responsible for identifying and presenting opportunities for growth. Youll need to have experience delivering effective client communications as well as strong project management skills to ensure were delivering on our promise to our clients. You wont be working on the day-to-day management of campaigns, your role is to oversee and deliver integrated strategies across multiple channels to deliver on our clients business targets. Great time management skills are crucial to allow you to work across multiple clients and a range of exciting projects. This is a hybrid role. We work in our office in Dublin city centre on Wednesdays & Thursdays and the odd Friday. The rest of the week you decide where you work, in the office or remotely. The Candidate: Must Haves Agency experience managing clients across multiple channels, delivering integrated strategies 3+ years experience managing campaigns in at least 1 of the following channels: paid search, SEO, social media & CRM (email). Working knowledge of how the other channels function. Fantastic communication skills, both with clients and internally. Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver on them.
