Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager with a background in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to join our client's dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met to the highest standards. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Account growth: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, improve client retention, and increase overall revenue.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services according to client needs and objectives.
- Contract and Renewal Management: Assist in managing contract renewals, ensuring terms and conditions align with both client needs and company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a must.
