We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager with a background in Managed Service Providers to join our client's dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will manage client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Account growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services.
- Reporting and analysis: Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients.
- Contract and Renewal Management: Assist in managing contract renewals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
