The company is in the midst of a major expansion, expected to grow by 100% over the next 18 months. The successful candidate will manage service delivery and act as the key link between the client and stakeholders, ensuring excellence in contract performance and facilitating seamless project management. About the Job: The Account Manager/Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing both day-to-day operations and the ongoing expansion project at the Longford site. You will manage mechanical and electrical maintenance services, budget formulation, and ensure health and safety compliance while promoting continuous improvement across service delivery. As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with the client, providing energy management guidance, handling project documentation, and maintaining KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: Oversee budget management to meet financial objectives. Ensure the delivery of high-quality services in line with the companys goals and client expectations. Manage mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance. Provide energy management advice and develop strategies to optimise operational efficiency. Implement cost-saving measures to reduce reliance on subcontractors. Develop and monitor SLAs and KPIs for contract success. Produce monthly reports, ensuring compliance with company standards. Conduct regular site audits, ensuring high work standards. Lead health and safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with policies. Drive continuous improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery. Manage hiring, training, and development of staff members. Report directly to the Account Director with weekly updates. Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and hands-on professional with experience in both account management and project management, particularly in fast-growing or expanding facilities. Essential Skills: Proven experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)-regulated environments with at least two years in management. Excellent commercial and budget management skills. Strong background in mechanical and electrical equipment management. Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably related to expansions. Excellent people management and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with health and safety regulations and compliance.
