This opportunity provides the successful candidate with great exposure to a global Investment firm and the chance to gain experience across a broad range of areas within finance and accountancy department. The Company: A global privately held Investment firm, employing over 8000 staff across 130 countries worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate P&L statements, financial reports, and variance analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights to management. Manage corporate tax returns, VAT, and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws. Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions. Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial modelling, due diligence, and supporting capital raising efforts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory reporting requirements, and support external audits and tax audits. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, enhance automation, and maintain strong internal controls. Your Experience ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification, recently completed. Proficiency in financial modelling, with experience supporting corporate finance activities such as investment appraisals and due diligence. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and flexible attitude to working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
