The role Have a focus on the costs of on going building projects Collaborate with all departments and senior management to share financial information. Manage and maintain accounting software, supporting its future development. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and reports for senior management. Develop and manage financial systems and policies. Analyse costs and revenues, ensuring financial data integrity. Ensure compliance with revenue regulations, including prem taxes, VAT, and RCT. Support the annual audit process. Develop expertise in construction finance issues and provide related support. Assist with payroll functions.
