Job Description
Lead Accounting and Operations team overseeing accounting, compliance, and financial modeling for a fast-growing financial services company. Key responsibilities include managing financial reporting, cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and compliance. We seek a seasoned leader with 10+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Oversee accounting for Golden Reserve and sister companies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
Manage financial reporting, internal management reports, and accounts payable and receivable functions.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Oversee operations team, including facilities, CRM software, technology, and IT.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, oversee regular audits and risk assessments.
Assist with financial modeling, M&A strategy, and due diligence.
