FDC Group, a fast-growing professional services provider, is seeking an experienced Accounting Consultant to join its Cork City HQ office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships through continuous engagement.
• Work with a team of experts to schedule client assignments and develop consulting opportunities.
• Ensure key objectives are delivered as required and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the office work plan and diversification.
• Deal with ad-hoc client queries and engage proactively on project opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• Motivated self-starter with a strong ambition to progress in their career.
• Effective and personable business advisor to clients.
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Experience of dealing and consulting with clients.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in practice accounting as a Qualified Accountant.
