Our Finance Program is a 2-year foundational program, followed by an additional year to complete a professional accounting qualification. You'll rotate through different aspects of our Finance function, gaining valuable experience and taking on diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and performance within specific business functions
- Leverage extensive business knowledge and insights to fuel Kerry's growth
- Support strategic decisions and drive performance
- Collaborate with various functions to ensure robust and effective controls
What You'll Need:
- 2.1 degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Law, Sustainability, Mathematics or Business Performance
- Commitment to completing a professional accounting qualification
- Ambitious, curious and eager to put your talents into action
- Open-minded, agile and willing to embrace opportunities
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate
- Fluent in English and ideally another language
- Eligible to permanently work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles)
