Accounting Manager My client is a multinational services provider. They are currently expanding their team in Dublin and are now looking to hire an ambitious, commercially focused Accounting Manager. The Manager of Accounting will be responsible for the oversight of local and statutory reporting. Reporting directly into the Finance SVP, this individual will be responsible for variance analysis, accuracy of reporting and escalation of key risks to the executive team. Main Responsibilities: Provide accounting support to senior management, corporate finance, external auditors and consolidations Prepare and analyze financial results, ensuring financial statements are prepared in accordance with IFRS Prepare, analyze and submit required statutory reporting in compliance with Irish accounting standards Perform general accounting, manage period-end close and financial reporting, including: Perform analysis on syndicated assets to develop syndication entries Perform variance analysis and monitor accuracy of Irish results Prepare schedules and reports for management and/or auditors Support the off-balance sheet treatment of Irish debt structures Key Interactions: Provide analysis to support global management and financial performanceof the companyby the Shared Services, FP&A and Accounting function Provide data to inform decisions made by the IrishExecutive Team Coordinate with the Syndications function to accurately reflect syndication asset values and entries Experience: Qualified accountant with a big 4 background Experience with financial instruments and related transactionspreferred. Knowledge of local statutory reporting requirements in IFRS required Analytical and commercially focused. Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Salary: €95k, 15% bonus plus benefits.
