Location: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary Compensation: D.O.E plus benefits (pension, bonus, relevant study support) Job type: Full-time, permanent Our client, a world class leader in the agri business, is looking to welcome a skilled Accounting Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. This role has come about due to internal promotion and will see the incoming employee working on a highly commercial subsidiary of a global organisation. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end financial accounts Monthly/annual control accounts, weekly bank reconciliations Bi-monthly VAT returns Inventory control managing stock system, coordinating ordering/stock takes Assist as required and provide cover for accounts payable/receivable Key Skills: Qualified Accounting Technician or Part-Qualified Accountant c. 2 years' experience of working in a Finance focused environment Proficient in MS Excel, Sage 50 experience is an advantage Enthusiastic, self-motivated, highly accurate with good attention to detail Skills: Accounts Accounting Management Accounts
