Job Description

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to manage day to day accounting, support the Managing Director, and assist with administration tasks.

Duties:

  • Accounts receivable, credit control, and invoicing
  • Accounts payable, supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments
  • Tax returns, VAT, and VIES
  • Bank reconciliations, monthly cash management, and financial reports
  • Group reports, day to day administration, and ad-hoc accounts duties

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' general accounts experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to multi task, work to deadlines, and communicate effectively
  • Self-starter with initiative, workload management, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail orientated with high level of accuracy
