Job Description: Seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to manage day to day accounting, support the Managing Director, and assist with administration tasks.
Duties:
- Accounts receivable, credit control, and invoicing
- Accounts payable, supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments
- Tax returns, VAT, and VIES
- Bank reconciliations, monthly cash management, and financial reports
- Group reports, day to day administration, and ad-hoc accounts duties
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' general accounts experience
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to multi task, work to deadlines, and communicate effectively
- Self-starter with initiative, workload management, and problem-solving skills
- Detail orientated with high level of accuracy
