Job Overview and Responsibilities Perform daily balancing of cash book Process and allocate purchase invoices on accounting software Bank reconciliation Maintain accurate ledgers Monitor debtors ledger and oversee accounts receivable Preparation of VAT returns Assist in preparation of financial statements Provide administrative support on ad-hoc basis Qualifications and Experience A certificate or diploma in accounting or bookkeeping Minimum 1 years experience in a bookkeeping/similar role Experience with Opera and MIS accounting software advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided Proficiency with Microsoft Office Client confidentiality and attention to detail necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year Benefits: Bike to work scheme Company events Employee discount On-site parking Sick pay Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
