Job Description

Our client based in County Kilkenny area are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant for a full time permanent job. Reporting directly to the company accountant and being part of a finance team. you will have the following responsibilities. Invoice Processing - Sales & Purchases Prepare supplier payments Process employee expenses Prepare payroll journals Processes supplier invoices and match to purchase invoices Bank reconciliations Reconcile monthly supplier statements. Issue invoices for all customers on a timely basis and issue statements every month. Record and correctly allocate all debtor receipts. .
