Key Responsibilities as Accounts Administrator This role will be for supporting the Plant department's operations and the Accounts Payable department. To ensure effective management of plant and equipment records and overseeing the accounts payable processes to ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers to include the following. Plant and Fleet Department Management: Plant Hire & Rental: Plant Documentation: Supplier Deliver Docket and Invoice Management: Payment Processing: Supplier Account Reconciliation: Administrative Support: Ensure internal company deadlines are met and service levels are maintained. Qualifications/Experience: Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and data entry, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills focused and organised with the ability to work on their own initiative and self-motivated, able to manage own workload. Experience of working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders as relevant to this role.
