Job description My SME client with head office based in Cork city centre - (with parking) *** 3 days at home*** Key Responsibilities of the Role as an Accounts Executive Maintaining Payments RCT Notifications Entry of Invoices/Certs/Payments on inhouse system. Preparation of excel summary of payments Preparation of Quarterly RCT Return Bank Reconciliations Raising Sales Invoices Credit Card Reconciliations Assist with Job Cost Reporting An Accounting Technician or similar qualification would be desirable for this role Must have experience/knowledge of sage Min 4 years experience in a similiar role as an Accounts Assistant Strong communication skills Knowledge of Excel and MS office suite.
