Seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to assist with financial transactions and provide administrative support to a premier sports club in Dublin.
Our client, a renowned sports club, requires a skilled Accounts Assistant to maintain accurate financial records and provide exceptional support to their team.
Responsibilities:
• Analyse income and expenses, preparing financial reports as needed
• Manage Bar and Catering income and lodgements
• Oversee Green Fees income and lodgements
• Handle competition income
• Process monthly payroll using Sage software
• Manage monthly creditors invoice processing and payments
• Prepare debtors invoices and address queries
• Input monthly expenses, income, and journals on Sage
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations and reconcile payments received
• Perform quarterly reconciliations of accounts
• Execute pension and revenue returns
• Process and receipt members' subscription income
• Maintain and update membership details
• Provide membership support as required
• Document and update processes for efficiency and compliance
• Assist in various projects and provide support to the club as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Accounts Assistant
• Proficiency in Excel and Sage accounting software
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
