Your new company A leading manufacturing company seeking requires temporary support of an Accounts Assistant in the finance team in Ireland for a period of 9 months with the possibility of an extension. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a salary of up to €38,000 DOE. Your new role Your new role will involve processing supplier invoices. Reconciling these supplier invoices to PO's. You will also be involved with project setup and preparing billing templates. Preparation and issue of sales invoices. Credit control and AR support where necessary. Processing any expense claims. You will be reporting to the financial controller and may be required to provide reports when necessary. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will need to have practical experience in a financial role. You must have strong excel and other financial system skills. Having good communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be able to work off your own initiative while having good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. What you'll get in return You will be offered a salary based on your current experience.
