Key Details: Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant Location: Office-based in Dublin 2 Work Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible part-time hours, ideal for work-life balance) Hourly Rate:€20-25 per hour (competitive pay) Type of Role: Temporary contract with the possibility of extension (may suit someone with an existing part-time job looking to increase hours) Responsibilities: Processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable Assisting with account reconciliations and maintaining financial records Supporting the finance team with bookkeeping and administrative tasks Ensuring accurate data entry into accounting systems Requirements: At least 5 years experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Clerk, or similar accounting role is essential. Accounting Technician or Part Qualified Accountant is desirable, but not essential.
