Job Description: Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the finance department across their branch network. This is a full-time office-based position in North Wexford. Job Responsibilities: Match creditors' invoices with delivery dockets and purchase orders. Post daily invoices to creditor supplier accounts using the company's accounting system. Contact customers regarding outstanding payments. Provide administrative support to the finance team and business as required. Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment. Relevant experience in accounting tasks. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Intact or similar) is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Educational Requirements: Experience in accounting or a related field is preferred. Working Hours & Benefits: This is a permanent role based in the office.
