RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES: Handling revenue returns, P30 monthly, and payroll year end returns. Utilizing Revenue online and creating RPNs Knowledge of Pensions and CSO deductions. Proven experience with completing the payroll process. Desirable IPASS Qualification or similar. The ability to maintain the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. The ability to compute the employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes. Match Invoices to Purchase Orders. Input Invoices onto the system. Preparation of Monthly Payment Runs. Reconcile Supplier Accounts - allocating payments to invoices. Reconcile Supplier Statements, deal with any queries in a timely manner. Prepare Aged Creditor Reports on a monthly basis. Build a good relationship with suppliers and accounts contacts. Reconciliation of all company bank accounts. Ad Hoc payments to be set up when required. Set up of all bank payments as required i.e payment runs etc. Liaise with the finance team on a regular basis Assist in the preparation of Audits by getting all of the information requested by auditors and uploading it to Sharefile. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Strong attention to detail. Good time management, ability to work to tight deadlines. Good organisational and problem-solving skills. The ability to interact as part of a team and use of own initiative.
